Job Summary
Coordinate recurring partner calls, route questions to internal teams, and document decisions for assigned fintech partners. Oversee day-to-day administration by maintaining communication logs, tracking open issues, and coordinating service needs across Operations, Compliance, IT, and Risk. Lead onboarding activities for new partners and products, developing launch checklists and implementation plans while facilitating meetings and assigning action items. Monitor partner issues and service concerns, escalating matters to leadership as needed to maintain program integrity. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen the fintech partnership framework while supporting audits and internal reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, program management, project management, banking operations, fintech partnerships, BaaS, treasury services, deposit operations, or a related banking function
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and coordinating projects or initiatives involving multiple departments
- Experience in community banking, fintech partnerships, third-party relationship management, or financial technology implementation
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and meeting facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and judgment skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address issues in a mature and professional manner
- Prefer to hire a candidate who lives in the Spokane, WA area
