Fintech Co-Founder / CTO (100 % remote) to own, build, and run your startup in collaboration with EWOR-backed opportunities. You will benefit from 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to a network of top founders and investors, and funding support aimed at building a €100M+ revenues trajectory. You will lead product development towards product-market-fit, assist with hiring through the network, and receive coaching to prepare for fundraising. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate, and you have excellent English communication skills. Tasks include building and running the startup in Fintech, developing the product with guidance from experienced founders, and shaping a sales/marketing engine with support to raise multi-million-euro funding within 12 months. The role emphasizes ownership, personal development, and accountability for startup growth.
