Job Summary
Co-Founder/CTO for a fintech startup to own, build and run the venture. You will be responsible for product development and scaling, receive 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access a broad founder/investor network, and get funding support to reach multi-million euro rounds. The role includes leading hiring through the network, helping shape product-market-fit, and building a sales/marketing engine, with intensive coaching to prepare the startup for growth. The program emphasizes entrepreneurship across Europe or the Americas, with relocation as needed, and requires excellent English communication.
