Job Summary
Lead your own fintech startup within the EWOR Fellows network. You will own, build, and run a startup, receive extensive coaching from serial entrepreneurs, and gain access to funding support aimed at reaching multi-million-euro funding rounds and €1B+ company scale. Responsibilities include building and iterating the product to achieve product-market-fit, hiring through a large professional network, developing a sales and marketing machine, and guiding the company toward €100M+ in revenues. The role emphasizes personal development, strategic hiring, and fundraising readiness, with 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and a structured program to accelerate growth. Requirements: based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate; strong English communication; willingness to take full ownership to scale a startup; location hint includes Bologna, Italy with 100% remote work option.
