Job Summary
Co-Founder/CTO wanted to own, build, and run a fintech startup within a high-growth program. You will engage in extensive personal development curated by unicorn founders, receive coaching, and lead talent hiring through a large network to assemble a world-class team. You will iterate the product toward product-market-fit and receive support in preparing for multi-million-euro funding rounds, with guidance on building a sales force and marketing engine. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation, and you will take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue. Strong English communication skills are essential. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic vision, fundraising readiness, and hands-on execution across product, technology, and go-to-market activities.
