Job Summary
Own, build, and run your startup in Fintech together with EWOR Fellows, receiving hands-on coaching from unicorn founders, funding support, and access to a vast professional network. You will help recruit and scale the venture, iterate the product to reach product-market-fit, and build a sales force and marketing engine to drive growth. The program includes 1:1 sparring with experienced founders, guidance to secure high-value funding, and structured development to prepare your startup for multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate and must be ready to take full responsibility for scaling the startup to €100M+ in revenue, with strong English communication skills.
