Fintech Co-Founder / COO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

Co-Founder / COO role in Fintech with 100% remote work. You will own, build, and run your startup in Fintech, engage in an extensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders, and receive support to hire through a large professional network. You will iteratively drive product-market-fit, help build a sales force and marketing engine, and receive coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising. The program includes funding support up to €500k (and the potential to secure multi-million euro rounds) and aims for €100M+ revenues. Strong English communication is required; you are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocation. Remains fully remote with possible relocation considerations. Tasks include product iteration, team-building, and coordinating with investors and peers to scale the venture.
