Job Summary
Clarify requirements with the Product Owner and design scalable on-premise solutions following best practices. Create technical documentation including ERD diagrams, UMLs, and process flows in Confluence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Architecture, Security, BI, DBA, and BizOps to gather feedback. Develop efficient full-stack features and work closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery. Support production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance. Independently manage the entire feature development cycle from inception to deployment within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full stack developer (70% back-end / 30% front-end)
- At least 5 years of experience with Java
- 2+ years of Angular experience
- Strong technical background in enterprise software development
- Ability to independently manage feature development from inception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams
- Very good English skills
