Job Summary
Fintech Brand Marketing Manager responsible for defining brand strategy and driving growth for CreditStrong, FortKnox.Bank, and an upcoming stealth product. Lead as a player/manager, coordinating internal teams and external agency partners to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and measurable growth. Bridge complex fintech capabilities with clear consumer narratives, develop multi-channel marketing plans (paid/organic social, ASO, SEO/GEO, email, DTC, OOH, CTV, influencer and UGC), optimize campaigns for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and performance KPIs, and present results to senior leadership. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and Executive teams; guide creative development and ensure brand integrity; establish testing frameworks and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of brand marketing experience, with fintech/financial services exposure (2+ years in fintech/financial services)
- Proven ability to build or scale a consumer or small business brand from strategy through execution
- Fluency with digital marketing channels (paid social, search, SEO/GEO, email, programmatic CTV)
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, or similar) and paid-media dashboards
- Ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments and own outcomes
