Job Summary
Senior Consultant in Invisors' Workday practice (UK) responsible for leading workstreams on client projects, enforcing project methodology, guiding other consultants, and facilitating client requirement meetings. Role expected to demonstrate deep Workday knowledge across modules (e.g., Payroll, Financial Accounting), manage stakeholder expectations, and contribute to internal initiatives. Candidate should show initiative in consultant growth, supervise team members under an architect, and balance delivering client outcomes with internal progress. Remote work option within the UK; emphasis on client satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2.5 to 5 years consulting experience
- Minimum 2 years Workday ecosystem experience
- Experience leading a workstream/integration
- Ability to facilitate client requirement meetings without additional guidance
- Demonstrated leadership and people management
- Ability to estimate effort/scope for a workstream
- Strong understanding of Workday methodology and its application in projects
