Job Summary
Monitor daily cash positions across US and Colombian bank accounts, flag shortfalls, and execute intercompany funding flows including stablecoin transfers. Own the consolidated runway model, track monthly burn variances, and prepare financial inputs for investor updates and board conversations. Perform daily reconciliations of transactions across payment providers and internal ledgers, investigating breaks and resolving discrepancies. Act as the single point of contact for external accountants, manage the finance inbox, and support the monthly close. Run payroll and contractor payments end to end, ensuring all vendor contracts and invoices are tracked and filed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in treasury, finance operations, accounting, or payment operations
- fintech or payments experience
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- ability to build and maintain your own operational tooling
- Comfort with FP&A work: burn tracking, runway modeling, budget vs. actuals
- Extreme reliability and attention to detail
- Self-directed
