Job Summary
Own and drive the NTT continuous FinOps lifecycle (Inform → Optimise → Operate) across Azure environments, establishing governance for operating cadence, runbooks, and SLA-driven backlog execution. Define commitment strategies for Azure Reservations and Savings Plans while governing workload optimisation frameworks and cost-efficient architecture guidelines. Implement chargeback and show-back models, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation via tagging and subscription hierarchy. Lead development of policy-driven cost control mechanisms, auto-remediation frameworks, and billing data modelling dashboards. Act as single point of ownership for FinOps outcomes, presenting executive roadmaps and engaging finance, procurement, and engineering leadership to drive maturity progression.
Required Qualifications
- Led FinOps operation for large scale Cloud estate
- Hands on expertise in Azure cost management and optimisation
- Proven experience in designing and operationalising FinOps models
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and cost drivers
- Azure subscription, management group, tagging, and cost allocation design
- Enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Automation using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or policy-as-code
- Experience influencing business + finance + technical stakeholders
- FinOps Certified Practitioner (Mandatory)
- Azure certifications (Architect / Administrator)

- Multi-cloud FinOps exposure is an added advantage
- Apptio / Cloudability / CloudHealth / Flexera / custom FinOps tooling
