Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries while helping users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities. Resolve technical issues efficiently, accurately document interactions using internal systems, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective solutions. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Finnish language for daily communication with customers
