Job Summary
Collaborate with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tech solutions while acting as a trusted advisor on cloud-based tools and digital strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced product or platform-related issues, helping businesses optimize their IT setup to improve performance. Work closely with internal tech teams to escalate and solve complex cases, ensuring you keep up with product knowledge and share insights with clients. Required Qualifications
- Finnish on a C2 level
- Strong English communication skills (B2+)
- 2+ years of B2B experience in tech, cloud, sales, or account management
- A customer-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Tech-savvy and curious to learn more about digital transformation
- Based in Spain or open to relocating to sunny Málaga
