Oversee final inspection and packaging of manufactured goods while managing and training a team of finishing technicians. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications by maintaining accurate records of quality control checks. Schedule and prioritize daily finishing operations to meet production deadlines, troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Implement and enforce safety protocols within the department. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies
