Oversee the final inspection and packaging of finished goods while ensuring all products meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain accurate production records and inventory for finished products. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing finishing experience and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly)
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
