Job Summary
Oversee and direct the finishing team to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards while implementing safety protocols and monitoring equipment performance. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly)
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of 10+ production personnel
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and defect prevention in finishing
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
