Job Summary
Finishing Specialist in the Printing Department handles a range of print finishing, post-production, and packaging tasks in a fast-paced reprographics/digital printing environment. Responsibilities include performing print finishing (weeding, cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, grommet installation), preparing and packaging completed materials and large-format graphics for delivery, labeling and shipping finished jobs, maintaining and supporting finishing equipment, assisting with inventory control, constructing packaging materials, and supporting installation teams on site. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in print finishing/production/reprographics or related fields, familiarity with laminating/mounting/bindery/finishing processes, ability to multitask under tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn across production and installation functions.
Required Qualifications
