Finishing Shift Leader

Finishing Shift Leader responsible for leading employees during the assigned shift, supervising machines across production processes, coordinating schedules, and identifying process-improvement opportunities. Ensures production programs and schedules align with product specifications, customer needs, and Tenaris quality standards. Monitors process indicators such as productivity, utilization, interruptions, and rejections; participates in designing and implementing procedures and work instructions; supports HSE procedures, incident reporting, inspections, and investigations; manages energy usage and environmental aspects; ensures compliance with policies and management standards; motivates and coaches staff and handles HR-related activities in line with HR norms. All duties are performed on site in Batam, Indonesia, within the industrial operations facility.
