Job Summary
Finishing role in Piedmont Composites & Tooling's fiberglass manufacturing: operate buffers and a dual-action/orbital sander to polish fiberglass products, meet minimum speed requirements after training, and maintain high-quality finishes similar to auto body finishing. Four-day work week with benefits starting day 1 (health, vision, dental), 401k match after 1 year, paid holidays, and vacation accrual. Must pass drug test and background check, have a valid driver’s license, be 18+, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, tolerate a dusty environment, and possess a good eye for aesthetics. Located in Taylorsville, NC with easy access to nearby towns.
