Job Summary
Finishing Operator on rotating night shift responsible for setting up and running a label-cutting machine to meet customer specifications, monitoring quality through the production process, cross-training across the production environment, performing quality assurance checks, and collaborating with the team to achieve production goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; willingness to learn new technology and adapt to rotating 12-hour shifts with weekend work.
