Job Summary
Operate the folder/gluer machine in the Finishing Department to produce cartons that meet customer specifications. Set up and run folder/gluer equipment, locate stock, load, stack by size/quantity to support machine efficiency, and maintain the machine and work area. Perform quality checks, report non-conforming cartons to Finishing Manager/QA, and communicate issues to the finishing team. Read and understand job tickets, follow production schedules, and enter job data into the Radius system. Demonstrate production capability with initial quantities and strive to meet monthly/quarterly efficiency goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Requires ability to read instructions in English, basic math, and basic computer skills; overtime may be required. Eligible schedule is full-time with shifts from 4:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with potential overtime.
