Job Summary
Folder/Gluer Operator II in Finishing at Mill Rock Packaging: responsible for setting up and operating folder/gluer machines to produce folding carton products that meet customer specifications; read work instructions, follow production schedule, locate stock, load and stack materials, maintain equipment, run initial quantities to demonstrate production capability, perform quality checks, and communicate issues to QA and Finishing Lead/Manager. Must have folder gluer experience in folding carton and be able to enter job information into the Radius computer program. Role supports achieving monthly/quarterly efficiency goals within a safety-first, team-oriented culture; shift options include 1st and 2nd with potential overtime, and compensation ranges from $22-$30 per hour plus benefits and a bonus structure including post-90-day and post-6-month milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Must have folder gluer experience in folding carton specifically
- read and understand work instructions in English
- ability to operate folder/gluer machines
- quality checks and reporting non-conforming cartons
- ability to meet monthly/quarterly efficiency goals
- standing/walking for extended periods
