Job Summary
Perform manual and machine operator tasks for various finishing operations while inspecting for printing defects with close attention to detail. Box completed orders for shipping preparation and prepare quality sign-off documentation for assigned tasks. Execute required preventive maintenance on finishing equipment and collaborate with teams to support workflow and continuous improvements. Troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly, adapting to changing technologies and managing time across multiple deadlines. This role involves multiple shifts available with compensation based on skills and experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, as well as stand and bend throughout the shift
- Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years' experience in a similar role in printing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
