Job Summary

Lead machine set-ups and changeovers in the finishing department while solving problems and adjusting equipment. Manufacture products to required specifications by running orders per standards and inspecting finished goods. Maintain a clean, safe work area, perform routine 5S duties and audits, and assist with equipment maintenance. Accurately capture operating data, including downtime causes, and participate in group problem-solving teams to continuously improve quality and productivity. Coordinate information with shift and department personnel to ensure effective operations.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
Able to follow written and oral instruction
