Job Summary
Manage daily production performance across all shifts, overseeing Nickel, Paint, and Zinc lines while enforcing shop floor disciplines and data integrity. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting, control scrap reduction, and execute production schedules from the Materials Department. Ensure compliance with state environmental requirements and the AAP quality policy, including training programs and engineering upgrade sign-offs. Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production managers to resolve start-up issues and meet customer ship schedules. Adhere to cleanliness standards for all finishing areas and report directly to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing finishing environment
- Able to travel to other divisions when required
- Detailed and hands-on oriented
- English fluency

- A technical degree or certification in Finishing area
