Job Summary
Operate finishing machines to convert post-press products into finished, customer-ready labels by following job ticket instructions and setting up equipment to cut, slit, and rewind labels. Perform quality checks throughout each run, retrieve supplies, inspect equipment for defects, and conduct routine maintenance. Maintain a clean workspace, read written job tickets, and follow safety procedures while working independently or with the team. Work 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs, with a safety-first mindset. Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn new processes
- Be detail-oriented and capable of following standard work instructions
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Be able to read, write, and speak English to interpret job tickets, follow written work instructions and safety procedures, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Be able to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable assistance
- Be able to use a hand pallet jack
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and respect for machinery and equipment
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
