Job Summary
Operates folding/gluing equipment to transform printed materials into finished cartons, sets up machinery per production specifications, and monitors quality to ensure cartons meet customer and company standards. Participates in safe, efficient production, supports waste reduction and on-time delivery, troubleshoots machine issues, makes adjustments to maintain efficiency, and maintains a clean, organized work environment. Shifts include Day (12-hour, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) and Night (10-hour, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM) with overtime possible; comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are provided. emphasizes hands-on production, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems or equipment
- Ability to meet the schedule and physical demands of the role, including standing, moving, and working on your feet for extended periods
