Job Summary
Operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films, monitoring production quality and troubleshooting issues while maintaining BRCGS Standards and 5S protocols. Perform roll changes, document data, and communicate material needs to handlers. Keep the line clear of old supplies and ensure all PPE requirements are met. Work 15 days per month on rotating 3-4 day shifts, including day or night rotations, with a starting wage of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour plus a night shift differential. Join a team creating sustainable packaging solutions that reduce food waste.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
