Job Summary
Inspect finished materials against customer specifications and quality standards while packaging items according to internal procedures. Safely operate equipment including forklifts, wrapping machinery, label equipment, and banders. Move, weigh, scan, stack, and stage products within the facility, tracking quantities and verifying packaging details. Complete required documentation accurately and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Read and follow work instructions while supporting supervisors to maintain production workflow. Work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4 AM at $18 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to obtain required equipment certifications (such as forklift operation) if needed
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
- Night Shift Schedule: Monday Through Thursday 5:30 PM to 4 AM, with opportunity for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments preferred
