Job Summary
Coordinate daily resourcing, control site labour, and order materials while completing the online daily site diary and weekly documentation. Liaise with the design team, Site Manager, purchasers, and Sales to serve as the key point of contact. Oversee snagging crews for effective completion of snag lists and ensure all works comply with building regulations, health and safety, and environmental standards. Plan tasks, organize plant and site facilities to meet deadlines, and record performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors. This role is based on our residential project in Mooretown, North County Dublin.
Required Qualifications
- Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification
- Significant experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular carpentry
- Background in residential construction
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
