Job Summary
Oversee the wood finishing and painting process, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail while leading a team of workers through guidance and training. Mix and match colors, apply finishes evenly, and operate spray guns and other painting tools. Ensure compliance with factory safety practices and material handling procedures, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requires 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a Diploma or 12th pass. GCC experience is required. Required Qualifications
- Age: 30-35 years
- Nationality: Indian
- Diploma or 12th pass
- 7-8 years of experience in wood finishing and painting
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of different wood finishing techniques, including sealer coats, PU, NC, melamine, staining, and polishing
- Familiarity with factory safety practices and material handling procedures
- GCC experience required
