Job Summary
Inspect products to Omni quality specifications, identifying defects and reporting issues promptly. Perform finishing operations using hand and power tools such as drill presses, grinders, and taps while adhering to safety requirements. Read blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders to accurately assemble, bond, and install components. Make accurate part counts and measurements to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean workstation in accordance with 5S standards. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM with potential for overtime. We offer on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement to support your career growth within our manufacturing team.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Competency in reading and using basic measurement instruments
- Ability to lift/push or pull up to 25–50 pounds with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
