Job Summary
The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in multiple roles, such as lot attendant, loader, and sales specialist. Responsibilities include executing duties in alignment with safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness of the site, assisting guests with service questions, and promoting membership programs. Candidates must be adaptable, physically capable, and possess strong communication skills. The position requires individuals to be at least 16 years old, with a minimum age of 18 for specific roles, and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift
- Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
