Job Summary
Apply finishing materials including paints, stains, varnishes, lacquers, and polyurethanes to wood and other substrates while maintaining spray booth cleanliness and an OSHA safe working environment. Monitor quality control during the finishing process, ensure all necessary paperwork is filled out, and complete time studies and material estimates. Set up production spray lines and assist in the training and development of co-workers. Perform miscellaneous projects and various tasks as requested by management. This full-time position in Chanhasesen, MN requires a High School Diploma and offers a compensation range of $43,160 - $56,992. The role supports a 1,000-person employee-owned visual merchandising company dedicated to sustainable materials and high-quality retail production.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
