Finisher I/Paint & Body Worker

Job Summary
Paint and body prep responsibilities for automotive vehicles, including prepping, sanding, buffing painted surfaces, taping/masking nonpainted areas, sealing body seams with epoxy, grinding/filling with body filler, sanding transitions, applying primer, wiping surfaces, removing orange peel, operating a buffer, and achieving a quality finish. Role may require climbing on vehicles and wearing fall protection; maintain a safe 6S work area; follow OSHA/EPA standards. Preferred 1 year of automotive paint prep and body repair experience; ability to operate dual-action sanders/grinders; communicate professionally; work in a team; learn primer mixing; perform tasks within time and quality standards; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; work in non-temperature-controlled environments and potentially long shifts with PPE (dust mask/respirator).
