Job Summary
Finishers are responsible for the detail and final completion of architectural precast wall panels, ensuring visual, physical, and structural quality; perform general manual tasks such as sand blasting, pressure washing, water washing, acid washing, and patching; work outdoors year-round; may drive a truck/trailer to transport precast panels to the yard; potential cross-training for loading and yard duties; collaborates with team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in construction, or a related industrial environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions or blueprints.
- Comfort working in outdoor environments year-round.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
