Job Summary
Conduct assembly, build windows or doors, and perform various duties essential to the manufacture of quality buildings and modular components. Operate hand and power tools including drills, chop saws, band saws, and table saws while reading detailed tape measures and drawings. Safely lift up to 20 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, work at heights up to 10', and climb ladders repetitively. Use household cleaners and perform basic math calculations. Join the second shift from 2 pm to 12:30 pm Monday through Thursday to receive a shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools including but not limited to drills, chop saw, band saw, reversibles, table saw, radial arm saw
- Ability to safely lift up to 20 lbs. on a consistent basis
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Ability to work at heights up to 10'
- Ability to climb a ladder repetitively
- Ability to use household cleaners
- Ability to read and write using basic English skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings including a drug test
- Must show initiative
- Must be safety conscientious
- Must value attendance and punctuality
- Must be available for second shift from 2 pm to 12:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
- Must be willing to accept a shift differential
