Finished Maintenance Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, performance management, and training. Develop, implement, and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all finished goods machinery and equipment to minimize downtime. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production equipment and ensure timely and effective repairs. Coordinate with production and quality control departments to prioritize maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and budget. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for work order tracking, historical data analysis, and reporting. Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment or modifications to existing machinery. Prepare detailed reports on maintenance performance, equipment breakdowns, and cost analysis. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
