Finished Goods Distribution & Warehouse operator

Packaging finished goods according to quality procedures and guidelines; stop work orders in designated area and update business software; prepare labels and packing materials per production and packaging standards; transport finished goods to appropriate storage areas and ensure shipments align with packing lists and delivery notes; verify shipment documents for accuracy and coordinate with suppliers for any discrepancies; unload materials for storage and ensure proper labeling and FIFO within designated zones; timely place raw materials on production lines as required and verify returned materials against main raw material inventory; update ERP system in real-time to maintain inventory accuracy; participate in health, safety, and environmental trainings and drills; perform periodic inventory counts; supervise subcontractors’ safe operation and PPE usage; uphold forklift and vehicle loading safety standards; contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment and support DE&I initiatives.
