Finished Fudge Production Worker

Production Line Worker to set up, operate, clean and maintain fudge/sauce production equipment; document batch/lot numbers and temperatures; perform quality checks and visual inspections to ensure fudge/sauce meets quality standards; follow GMP and sanitation procedures; prepare pre-scale items according to production schedule; assist with set-up and shutdown of kettles and equipment; maintain production logs and ensure production goals are met; good manufacturing practices knowledge, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 10 hours, and communicate in English.
