Job Summary
Finish Specialist in Plant Operations maintains and restores the appearance, functionality, and quality of interior and exterior finishes throughout the senior living community. Responsibilities include drywall repair, patching, texture matching, sanding, interior and exterior painting, staining, cabinet/refinishing, caulking, grout, and flooring transitions; repair and refinishing of cabinetry, trim, doors, millwork, furniture, and wall surfaces; ensure finishes meet high-end community appearance standards in resident homes, common areas, healthcare spaces, and facilities; coordinate work with maintenance, housekeeping, constructions, and management teams; operate hand and power tools and finishing equipment safely; lift up to 50 pounds; follow instructions in English; capable of or willing to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED within 90 days of hire; prior experience in residential painting and finishing preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm; pay $24-$34 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of painting and finishing experience in a residential setting
- Ability to use power tools and painting equipment
- Valid First Aid/CPR and AED or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
