Job Summary
Finish Skip Loader role within Sunland's Civil Construction division. Responsibilities include operating the roller and other heavy equipment for paving and concrete projects, inspecting and maintaining equipment, coordinating with contractors and vendors, serving as a front-line company representative, ensuring safety and adherence to production schedules, participating in safety meetings and training, and performing general labor as needed. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors, willingness to travel to job sites, and a preference for candidates with a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience is preferred.
- Ability to speak read and write English is preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to any and all jobsite without exception (including staying away from home if necessary.)
- A current driver's license is preferred.
