Finish Operator I

Finish Operator I performs tasks to support the powder coating line, including masking and sanding parts, preparing materials for coating, hanging/removing parts on the conveyor line, operating hoists/lifts, inspecting for defects and reporting scrap, counting and recording parts, assisting with cleaning powder booth and routine maintenance, and handling stock. Requires standing 8-12 hours, frequent lifting (25-50 lbs, up to 70 lbs), and adherence to safety procedures. Education: High School diploma (or GED). Entry level position with English proficiency and ability to work on a production floor in Milwaukee, WI.
