Job Summary
Traveling lead finish carpenter role overseeing and installing cabinets, casework, wall panels, millwork and trim in commercial/retail environments. Requires strong understanding of millwork layouts, architectural/shop drawings, and installation of furniture and fixtures. Involves 2-8 week travel, OJT training for certifications, overtime flexibility, and a benefits package including health, dental, life, 401k, and travel reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School, Trade School or Equivalent
- Experience: 3-5 years installation and Commercial or Retail finish carpentry experience preferred.
- OSHA 10 or 30, Forklift, aerial lift (Training will be provided as needed)
- Pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check and MVR screening
- Available to work overtime (40-60 hours per week)
- Flexible to work non-conventional shifts (overnight projects may occur)
- Able to travel from home for durations of 2-8 weeks
- Provide basic hand tools and cordless drill
- Responsibilities: installation of cabinets, countertops, trim, panel systems, etc.
- Compliance training ( CPR/First Aid)
- Site safety commitment
