Job Summary
The Finish Room Associate I is responsible for various tasks in the finishing department, including manually applying finish and stain, prepping and inspecting parts, hanging and removing parts from the line, conducting quality inspections, and sanding wood parts. Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to lift over 50 lbs, requiring full shifts of standing and walking. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the ability to use handheld power tools accurately. The position emphasizes adherence to safety guidelines and the use of personal protective equipment.

- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
