Job Summary
Manually apply finish and stain, prep and inspect parts, hang and remove parts from the line, perform quality inspection, and sand wood parts. Use hand-held power tools with accuracy and precision while lifting overhead and maneuvering products up to 50 lbs. Ensure a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment. Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending, and lifting on the shop floor production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Lift over head up to 50lbs.
- Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs.
- Must be detail-oriented
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal
- Able to use hand held power tools with accuracy and precision
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company's Values
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Manufacturing Experience
