Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, meal preparation, and accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments. Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care while using lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Manage light housekeeping duties and deliver prescribed care plans under staff supervision. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living
- Ability to perform personal hygiene
