Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Sales Associate drives sales and delivers an exceptional customer experience through building client relationships, offering expert product guidance, and delivering tailored recommendations in a commission environment. Responsibilities include achieving store objectives and key metrics, creating memorable in-store experiences, utilizing clienteling tools, executing promotions and trunk shows, providing omnichannel service, managing inventory and shipments, offering jewelry service plans, and maintaining visual standards. The role requires dedication to customer service, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with technology. Located at Belk’s Haywood Mall in Greenville, SC, this is a part-time position in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable with technology (smartphones, tablets, Windows)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in jewelry or luxury retail is a plus
