Job Summary
Fine Jewelry Sales Associate in a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships. Responsibilities include driving sales, executing promotions and events (including trunk shows), offering tailored jewelry recommendations, leveraging clienteling tools for an omnichannel experience, maintaining visual merchandising and store standards, processing repairs and shipments, and supporting inventory and vendor resources. The role requires ownership, accountability, a proactive mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work in a commission-driven environment while supporting store objectives and key metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated dedication to customer service and sales objectives
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable with technology and use of digital tools for clienteling and omnichannel selling
- Ability to lift and move items as part of store duties (physical requirements)
